How do I delete my old yahoo email after opening up a new one?

I have an old yahoo email address, 10 years, that is constantly getting junk and tired of trying to unsub. everything. So opened a new email and would like to know how to delete the old one. Thanks.

Either leave it sit unused for 4 months and Yahoo will delete it for inactivity, or click on My Account and follow directions there. Also you can use this link: http://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete.use
