How can I get help with my Yahoo email?

Every time I click to go into mail the screen freezes up. I can't access any part of Yahoo mail and I have not had this problem before. I tried clicking on help but that didn't give an answer. Please help

I would 1st do a Disc Cleanup and a Disc Defragment before I did a System Restore. Then reboot... But you could just try going back a day or so if need be ...

Reply:If you are a Virgin Media customer you might want to try this because it worked for me:


In Internet Explorer


Choose Tools %26gt; Internet Options %26gt; Connections


Under Dial-Up and Virtual Private Network Settings, if there is an entry in there select it and choose the Settings button


If not then choose the LAN Settings button instead


Now click to add a tick to the box which says Use a proxy server for this connection OR Use a proxy server for your LAN or something similar.


In the Address: box type - webcache.virginmedia.com


In the Port: box type 8080


Click OK and OK again and restart Internet Explorer


You might also need to change back to Yahoo! Classic.
