How do I insert microsoft free clip arts into my yahoo email messages?

I would like to send messages through email with some pictures from the microsoft free clip art or any other free sources that are free from spyware

How do I insert microsoft free clip arts into my yahoo email messages?
If I'm not mistaken, you can't do that unless the clip art is already in something you include in the message. Otherwise, graphics have to go as an attachment.
