How do i delete a yahoo email address?

I've gone into the edit profile section of the email address I want to delete but there isn't anywhere to delete the address.

You can't delete a yahoo address only the whole account.

Your yahoo account comes as a package and you can only delete the whole


package that includes the following:-


* Yahoo answers (your Q%26amp;As will stay in yahoo archives).


* Flickr


* Yahoo!Mail


* Yahoo! Address Book


* Yahoo! notepad


* Yahoo! Briefcase


* My Yahoo!


* Any other area of Yahoo! that can only be accessed with your


Yahoo!ID and password.





This is an alternative .


Leave the old email account unused for 4 months


and yahoo will delete it. See link.
