How do I deal with spam emails I have been receiving in my yahoo email, any effective suggestion welcome?

I have been receiving spam mails from winning lottery to transfer of 'legit' fund into my bank account. I wish to make known these fraudsters to services providers so other users will not be taken for a ride by these conman. Most of these spam mails I got are mostly African sob story about mistreatment from their government but with s**t load of money waiting to be transfer out the country.

How do I deal with spam emails I have been receiving in my yahoo email, any effective suggestion welcome?
Yahoo sadly cannot do anything about these scams. The messages come from computers which are taken over by hackers and used for this purpose. It is almost impossible to catch these people. The main thing is for us to be careful not to fall for their scams. Don't answer just delete them Good luck and be careful.

BLOCKING A SENDER FOR THE NEW YAHOO MAIL





click spam button


or


on top right side of mail page


click options


then mail options


then spam


type in the email address


then click add


if you are getting alot of spam from a certin domain


you will see block domains to


this will be after the @ sign in the email


example @yahoo.com


yahoo.com is the domain


be carefull of the domains you block


oviously you dont want to block yahoo.com


this would stop all email from people with yahoo email addesses

BULK EMAIL SETTING





this is for when some one is sending the same email to alot of people


a great way to spam alot of people with just a few mouse clicks


go to yahoo mail


then Options


then Spam Protection


and set the setting to delete immediately upon arrival

Reply:Turn your Bulk/Spam folder off. Therefore you won`t have to look at it. OR you could do what I do and don`t look at them.
